A LEROY MERLIN store is a do-it-yourself hypermarket. ClickSmile implemented big project in Moscow stores of LEROY MERLIN. Tablets were placed in the stores – several tablets per store depending on the number of departments. Employees of each department logged in with HID-card in definite department and their picture automatically uploaded on the tablet screen. Customers evaluated each employee work as well as the whole store department work.
