Big radio dashboard
Big radio dashboard kit includes leg of 90 cm height. Dashboard width is 390 cm, button diameter is 8 cm. The whole construction doesn’t require power supply and data transfer system connection being complete standalone solution. Click limit is around 500 thousand till you will need to change a battery which is around 3 years of operation. There is possibility to customize design of upper panel and buttons.
Quality Buttons allow to measure customer satisfaction by pressing one of the buttons. It is enclosed in a dust- and damp proof case and may have from 1 up to 5 buttons with different types of smilies. It can be customized according to your guidelines with trade mark or logo. Click limit is 300 thousand clicks.
HID-Register connects a certain Quality Button with a certain employee. Each HID-Register is also linked to one Quality Button. Quality Button is placed in front of an operator’s counter on the customer’s side and the HID-Register linked to this button is placed on the Operator’s side. Employee touches HID-Register with the company pass used to access office and from that moment all clicks on the Quality Button linked to that HID-Register are recorded for this employee. Our system measures customer service provided by an individual employee.
Hub is used to collect the information transferred from Quality Button and HID-Registers, to accumulate it and then send it to a Central Server. The Hub also checks HID-Registers and Quality Buttons for accessibility in accordance with schedule and sends signal to Central Server if there is an error. The hub is equipped with wifi-module being hotspot itself or just used for data transfer, network card and USB port for 3G/4G modems to be connected.
Interactive dashboard is used to to run complex polls, researches and advertising. The Interactive dashboard can have a screen size from 15 to 50 inches, has an Ethernet interface (RG-45), and can also have an additional GSM-GPRS interface. Interactive dashboard sends information from completed opinion polls to the Central Server and receives back the information on new polls, research, advertising and any other interactive information.

This can be any tablet even the one you already use, but it has to have Android OS of version 4.0 and/or older . It connects kitchen and waiters allowing to inform waiter about readiness of the meal calling to the kitchen to take the dish. It is enclosed in a dust- and damp proof case and may have up to 100 buttons being complete standalone solution with limit of 500 thousand clicks till the battery needs to be changed.
Waiter Tablet is part of Staff Management System for restaurants, bars and cafes and can be placed on a wrist of a waiter. It is connected with Kitchen Dashboard and Quality Stand placed on the table. It receives information from the table about the call made by guests or asking for the bill. Also, tablet receives information from the kitchen when dish is ready.

Restaurant Manager Tablet is part of Staff Management System for restaurants, bars and cafes and is used to monitor work of waiter and kitchen. It is connected with Kitchen Dashboard, Waiter Tablet and Quality Stand placed on the table. It receives all the information from the tables about the call made by guests or asking for the bill as well as negative reports. If client presses negative Quality Button several times in a row manager receives notification and has opportunity to come up and resolve the problem before client left unhappy.
